Jobisdead, I know two people were in a monitoring program. If you are one of those two then you probably have to go to CARB before you can get promoted. Hope that helps

I am on level one.....why wouldn't I go to carb beforehand, why would they wait for the class to go in? Thanks for the info. Just trying to figure this out.

Not sure about that one. I was always told that Level 1 didn't have to go to CARB but I could be wrong. I have heard that the CARB board sometimes makes people go a few times before getting promoted depending on why you have to see them. The other possibility is that some unit has an open investigation on you and they haven't cleared you for promotion. At this point without knowing where you are on the list and what the list actually looks like with fitness point people it could be anything. When the finest comes down next wednesday we should all have a much better idea of where we stand.

Backlog, are you basing that on who 83is or on another source? Without knowing who moved ahead for fitness points they should have got to list #77. I'm pretty sure 77 didn't get called. Maybe #83 had fitness points added? .5 points put them right in front of #77. It's really frustrating trying to figure out where you stand when you really have no idea how many people are ahead of you.
