Level one isn't anything serious. Substantiated charges/ccrb are big problems..

Dude u are getting bad info u might get skipped I wound call EMD and find out. I didn't get transferred when I was on level one.

If you are on FORCE monitoring then you will be promoted.. If you are on PERFORMANCE monitoring it will hold you up.. EMD was in BMOC the other day talking about this sort of thing.
