Well hopefully this comes down for those going in and those on the list- I do believe every person on this list eventually even if 4 years from now will be promoted. Those claiming the list will die out: 1 Is a straight hater which this job has plenty 2 Didn't take it 3 Scored a 69. Even classes of 50 say 8 times a year that's 1600.

For a while everyone was saying no July class...now that there will be a July class who knows what the future holds...good thing the list will keep on moving!

You guys make me laugh. No really! A class in July means that the academy will be down in August. Nothing has really changed and this year is still on pace to only produce 3 more classes.
I guess it does not take much to make you fellas rejoice. This is just chair shuffling on the Titanic. Come August all the usual posters here will be crying about no August class. Even worse is when there is no October or December class. Please do your research before you post such drivel on this forum.

This list will not break 400 before the new year so please stop asking when and if there will be extra BMOCs for 2012. Sit your ass down and relax just like the rest of us.

How do you guys not realize that these trolls are the same few people over and over again? They all use the same stupid little sayings and harp on the same points, and somehow continue to rope in victims. Just chill out, pay attention to the orders, and classes will come when classes come. Anyone who is in the next 100 names is crazy driving themselves nuts worrying over a month here or a month there. Would it really be that bad to wait 1 more month? It's obvious that promotions haven't slowed down much over the last two-three years. You guys will be fine.

I agree with Chea. The amount of elation demonstrated over nothing is mind boggling. All this circle jerking just because the Bmoc classes will take a break in August and not July is ridiculous. Are you really that hungry to become a boss?
Be careful what you wish for for you might regret it. That being said, everyone will get promoted so try to relax before you have a heart attack over the slow process.

AirborneGuy, I too am amazed how these "cops" haven't figured out yet that it's the same guy(s) posting over and over using different names. I sent a list of names that are being used by the same guy to the mod and nothing has been done. This EDP is having conversations with himself on this board using his different names and nobody seems to pick up on it...

I wasn't sent anything. BTW of course I know that SimplySgt Rogainsgt Crusty MCGrittles, and Johnny Cakes are all the same EDP. If you haven't noticed they haven't posted in a while. Thats what she said will most likely transpire until the beginning of the year. To be honest these few weeks have been like an extended vacation consisting of boring lecture after boring lecture. I will not even get started on the people in my class who I equate to an amalgamation of misfit cops from all over NYC.

That'll be 6 classes, about 300 people or so, in about 9 months.

Past behavior does not predict future events, but at that rate you're looking at about 450 people a year.

Just got word that the July class is going to 232. My source said this is unofficial but the number today. I havent been on here in a while so don't say I'm making stuff up.

Supercop failed math in school. The July class will consist of mostly people passed over before thus making movement of the list minimal at best. Supercop needs to keep his eyes open and his mouth shut.
