Just got off the phone with a civilian down in the promotion unit. She said they were planning a group of lieutenants for the 29th, BUT since DCAS screwed up some of the fitness points for some, they are up in the air whether or not it will happen. She said to call back on thursday or friday and they will know definately then. Dont want to sound like a whiney bitch but I scored well and I have travel plans already booked. I need to know if I should change them. DCAS blows.
They can't promote till they get list numbers right. To many Civil service issues. Promotions should only be held up a week or two untill they correct and re-issue list. THAT IS ALL!

Just called and made sure that I am educationally "verified". The Educational Tracking unit says the list #s 1-120 have been educationally verified. No news is good news. If you don't have the credits, you'll be contacted by uniform promotions section. They do not research IAB complications (naturally), or time in rank criteria. Of course I asked for the raw numbers as far as how many of the first 120 are short, she said she didnt know.
if u check online it tells you the date they verified them.... the beginning of the list is verified , those with later numbers will not have a verified date on them yet.
