Its like 102000 for first three yrs then 112000 for top pay...after 3 yrs

So I am taking a twenty thousand dollar pay cut and losing twenty-seven chart days. Why do I want to get promoted?

Check out Mike Yano's website. He does a salary breakdown of the ranks. Top pay Lt is $40 K higher than top pay PO. Not bad for 2 exams.

At SDS rank you come in at your appropriate step. If you're at top pay SDS, you come in at top pay Lt.
