That sums up most employees of city agencies. Apathetic, dumb, and as you said, LAZY!

I just called Dcas and they are about as useful as a used tampon.  The lady that picked up the phone has no idea regarding diffirence in proposed answer key vs final answer key for every question she had to run to her supervisor.  I finally gave up and spoke to her supervisor and he told me that

 

1. ) Final answer key will be posted after the official score cards are mailed

 

2.) your score card will contain your score plus it will show any additional points you might have received (veterans, physical, medals longevity)

 

3.)  he was surprised to learn that the list was released

 

 

these people are beyond useless
