I read of a 2006 confirmed lawsuit. My MIA Sgt on the list
Was under a criminal investigation, numerous IAB
Complaints from domestic abuse for threats and still
Promoted to a "special Sergent last October.
Abandones his family 2 weeks prior to the
Rji filed. Is the NYPD this corrupt? Is the
Reason why IAB pushes that aside due to the fact that Sgt has numerous friends in high ranks? I'm apauled! Any comments

As to why a sgt under investigation would be allowed a promotion.
Let alone be involved in a lawsuit.
No need to air your husband's dirty laundry on the internet. If you have information regarding criminality on his part then report it to the appropriate agency. The 2006 Lieutenant's list is now a memory because it has expired. If your husband has not been promoted from the 2006 list already then he won't be. The lawsuit was a futile attempt by a few to conjure some hope at extending the 2006 list and it was dismissed in court.
