I  could be wrong but i thought the answer was obvious "there was never a quota." The ada not charging the felony but it still being a felony, i felt that was a ilusion to the whole 61 downgrading. It is what is is whether the ada is charging it or not. and the memo one i dont recall really.

First off I must say that this test was challenging but extremely fair and down the middle if u studied; a thank you to the guys and girls who wrote this one. It's about time! From what I remember the quota bill question was looking for the least correct answer and it was the choice that had a cop filing a grievance for not performing as a cop. The Cod memo had to do with crime scenes and I don't remember the possible answer. The 61 question should be whatever the crime was and does not matter what the Ada will charge.

Totally agree...test was down the middle. If you studied, you will be on the list. Didn't like the way they combined 3 and 4 sections for some questions (Incidents in Transit, etc.), but overall very fair. No comparison to the last Captains exam. The Math, CIMS, and Leadership were all down the middle as well. We'll all know for sure on June 19th!
