I had a Someone from DCAS on the phone who needed a favor so i used it to my advantage. I asked her when is our list being released and she said she couldnt really say but to note that all promotional list are released the first week of each month on a wednesday. Hopefully this is fruitful but i wouldnt bet on it. Take it for what its worth.

I dont think that is accurate--im sure someone can remember when past lists came out? The recent sgt exam was on the 1st wed??
