I am probably not at all qualified to make any predictions as I have not been posting on this board or have any friends in One Police Plaza who are telling me what will or will not happen. However, the totality of the circumstances dictate that the list should be coming out very soon. First of all, there is currently no list from which any lieutenants can be promoted because the previous has expired and Dcas hasn't updated their system either. So, let us all hope that we will all be not kept in the darkness much longer and that we will soon all know our fates. Good luck to all and I hope that we can post some solid information on this site in the near future.
Seems legit. Does your source have any idea which questions will be thrown out?
