 This means that 24 people got skipped that didn't have credits or had some other issue.  30 people got skipped because they didn't have the time on.  That's crazy.

It seems like a lot of the guys that got passed over have close to 10 years on or so.  I'm guessing they have college credit issues.

One of the guys at my command who was top 100 was passed over because of his current military deployment. Might be more military guys mixed in. Could explain why so many were passed up.


Hopefully people at phase 1 tomorrow can hear some new info now that the official list is out.
