Whether or not the list is at OnePP has nothing to do with whether or not the panel is over. The system is totally changed from how it's worked in years past. After the review process is done (and it is ****ing done by the way)...DCAS puts together a list of everyone with a passing grade. That list is sent to MISD...yes MISD (not EMD, not Personnel, and certainly not Headquarters Security). MISD then adds the fitness points, medals and seniority points to the list of names provided by DCAS. This information is sent back to DCAS and they promulgate the list. Also....guys are pouring through Personnel Orders like psychotic little nerds and obsessing over the fact that they don't see a certain LT sent back to his/her command in the Orders. That doesn't mean ****. The Sgt's that were sent to EMD for the Sgt's review panel still come up as assigned to EMD and they were sent back to their commands months ago. You guys are looking into **** way too much. Once the promulgated list is released by DCAS numerous eyes on this job will see it and the rumor mill will go ape****. Until then, everything you hear is nonsense.

@ Stigg............IF the panel is over, when did it end? Why is the list not out yet? Hate to burst everyones bubble but all the evidence points to the panel still being active.

The reason I asked was because perhaps you could share more information, beyond the panel not being over. I would imagine by this point your contact should have a fairly accurate idea of how many throw-outs/double answers, or a projected release date for the list. Just asking.
