Have the MOS temp assigned to the panel returned to command?

Can we at least start from here. A few people are posting with certainty that the panel has concluded while others are saying it is still ongoing!

The way it was explained to me is that it was a temp transfer for 90 days that started in February so figure feb 1 plus 90 days ur looking at may 1 for the panel to conclude.
