The following is a list of lawsuits that I am going to get started, and if you would like to piggyback it will only take a small pension loan to get them all started:
1. Let's sue DCAS for making the 2006 test too easy.
2. The cutoff on the LT. test before 2006 was an 81.00. I would like to file suit on behalf of everyone who scored between a 70 and 80.99, because you passed and that sucks. I will even try to get you back pay.
3. The real reason the 2006 test is dying is because not enough people are retiring. I suggest we sue every Lt. with over 20 years on the job, and force them to retire. This would create quite a few vacancies. How dare they stay past twenty when there are a bunch of window lickers ready at the helm. (all of whom have close to otwenty themselves)
