say what you will about porto, but at least, unlike the other petitioners from the 2006 list hes not suing the 2011 list just to save his own hide on the 2006 list, who knows maybe in his warped thinking he believes he will show the department the error of their ways, or maybe he just wants to be a **** and if he dont make it he doesnt want anyone to make it. Either way its a dick move, but at least its not all about ****ing over hundreds of other guys so he can get made instead. Im not defending the guy but I dont know if he deserves a whole thread to bashing only him. The others deserve a worse lumping.

For one, the tests are screwed up and nothing will ever change without people doing something. Also, all of you are badmouthing those taking action because you think you may have passed.
well, this is not about the 2011 exam being unfair. IT is about some people who will die on the 2006 list. If this lawsuit was filed immediately after the 2011 lt exam i may think somewhat different. But the point that it is being done now , only days before april 9th and 2006 deadline, shows that none of these sgt's truly care about the 2011 exam. They could care less if we all have to take another exam or what not. The point is just that they are all about themselves. OF course knowing that you would die on the 2006 list why not take a gamble and sue. If they lose, they lose $250 or maybe a bit more, if they win, maybe some of them will get a promotion. I can see why they are grasping and hoping, but again to say that this is about how unfair the 2011 exam is , is just a crop of ****. If i was half the man i was years ago I would take a flamethrower to that document. Out of order, you say we are ? Who do you think you are talking to ? I'll show you out of order. This is about a bunch of cry babies whining and trying anything possible to better themselves.
I've never met most of the other plaintiffs but from what I understand, most of us did not want to include this douchebag Porto in the law suit case. Unfortunately we need every dollar that we can get so we had to let him in on it. If anybody is reading this and wants to take part, this is a legit law suit case. then why did u wait this long u reatard who got a 75 on the straight forward exam... becoz u wanted to see if u were going to make it.. now u know u r not going to make it and u know u can't pass an other exam.. wanna be selfish and see if u can somehow extend the list.... i hope u guys loose this case, loose your money, and they make list of 2011 test and the cut off is 1 point higher than what u got...
