Does anyone know how it works for military guys?  Is the list going to be held up until all the military guys come back and take the exam?

I don't personally know anyone in this situation, but lets hypothetically say someone was activated for a year deployment in October, I would assume they are afforded the opportunity to take the exam when they come back off of active duty.  Are we waiting until they get back from deployment for the list to come out or is it handled another way?

No, military guys won't hold the list. they will take test at different times. some of them return on different dates and will be given the opportunity to take through out the year.
