Ok so I heard from a friend that there will be 3 throw outs questions. I am not saying this info is legit so dont hold me to it, Im just relaying some info for a new topic for your opinions and insight. This friend states that the "Southerly Winds" question along with the "Location Of The Comman Post" question and a third question which was vaguely described as having something to do with the preparation of a 61 are being completely thrown out. I Only have 2 posts and I am not expecting anyone to believe me because even I can not confirm the validity of it. All I was told is this friend was told by a "person in the know" and we've all heard that before. That being said, does anyone have any insight into what the 61 related question could be?
Not to start rumors or the Trolls up but CIWarrior I was also told 3 throw outs. Both Map questions and the question in regards to the evaluations in the inbasket. My source said list will be out the first week of April. All the info I got, nothing else!

The eval question was the one that I'd had protest if I knew the exact wording. Anyhow, it was a bad question whether it was book world or real life. No supervisor is going to arbitrarily do an evaluation for any UMOS not under their direct supervision UNLESS designated/ordered!

I was surprised back then and still am now. This SOUTHERLY/SOUTHERN wind expression is such a commonly used and frequently heard expression. I don't understand why y'all treating it like it's some sort of Shakespeare sh!t. In short, I'm not surprised (got them right, so if that's the case, didn't do me any good!)

Yeah guys what I posted is not in any way confirmed. Just forwarding what I heard. We all will know soon enough. I just wanted to see if anyone else heard the same thing
no one made good arguments about the map question. dont think it will be thrown out
Dude, with all due respects to you and those that argued about this topic to pulp back then, IMHO, there's no need for a lengthy, fancy, articulated argument. All they, the review board, gotta do is just open any dictionary and they'll realize that the writer(s) of that scenerio got too cute and fancy and ended up backfiring... Nontheless, no need to stir up this old pile of crap. We'll all find out soon enough. Best of lucks to those on the fence!!
Noone is rehashing old news. Im just as shocked about hearing about the southerly wind question and command post question because I thought no one agued about them at the protest session, but this is what I heard and Im relaying it for feed back purposes. This is also the second time Ive heard the same thing about these 3 questions which is why I posted it
What question numbers are we talkin about here.im reading an old thread called "went to the protest today" and i see nothing about the 61 question being protested and that nobody protested the map questions.im just curious and my bad if I'm wrong.

Lets also not forget about questions 97 and the accidental discharge question. Those questions had a lot of people protesting it. In my opinion those have a better chance of being thrown out. But lets all be realistic here....there is usually no more than 2 maybe 3 throwouts/double answers on any past sgt exam. Don't go crazy thinking about it. If you passed you will get made. Instead focus more on staying out of trouble at work and especially when off duty.
I have heard the same thing as CI warrior, that the only throw outs are from the in basket, I didn't believe it, but it maybe true, guess will find out next week
I'm going on the limb and predicting the question about the errors on the paperwork gets tossed. There were errors on the 61 and the aided, and neither had that answer to chooose from.
The question that reference the paperwork and you had to pick between 4 of them, and only 1 was wrong in all answers, except 2 pieces of paper were actually wrong, the aided card, and the 61. It was protested and mentioned on here vaguely.
The point Scammer makes which you are all missing is this: Every one of you who picked the park quickly assume that because there was a concert IN THE STADIUM that was also overflowing meant that the parking lot must have had no room for the mobilization.
Scammer is right when he says that the test writers never told us how big the parking lot was and how much of the space was used or available. Since they were never specific enough, you cannot just make assumptions based on the fact that a concert was going on.
For all we know, the parking lot could have been so big that half of it was empty.
He is right and all of you who don't understand that are tree-hugging libs.
Brat hasn't posted anything and she's been on the money so far. My sources have been accurate (for the most part) and they have not heard anything about the throw outs yet. They also said a couple of weeks for the list to come (maybe) You guys have been wrong for the most part in past threads. We shall see what's true very soon. remember all the original threads?
Originally 2500 people passed Then 841 passed Now 1500 passed
Originally 9000 people sat for exam Then 4500 sat for exam
Last week we had a thread that said the march class was postponed until may....
Originally 1 throw out = 97 Then two throw outs = 97 and 61 Then = no throw outs at all Now 3 throw outs all from in basket.
Out of all the rumors only brats info has checked out. Also SATCOM has been accurate as well (not as much as brat). I believe in consistency and you guys have not been. So that's what makes me say that you probably don't know stiggityone.
I personally know a sgt who sat on the review committee and they submitted 3 questions that either had double answers or had grounds to be thrown out. That doesn't really mean more than what it is the powers that be could tell the committee go **** yourself. As far as any other rumor I don't believe it
