Ok--so i heard today BMOC class is gonna be March for this last group(reliable info from 1pp). Not as many retirements as they thought and recruit class is smaller than last. Also the military guys test got bumped back a week---so evidently they ll wait on this last class from last test and military scores to make list. Mid-to late summer is what im being told now---hope this helps...
Mid to late summer or spring?.. If the list is done in march they would need 2011 list out and activated at least couple months for recruit class graduating. I would say April may for first bmoc including 2011 test. Only an assumption.
Ive been around for a few of these lists now, they usually are out before the old one expires or before everyone is promoted. If they need 50 sgts and only 25 are left on the current list they put the class in from both lists. Have no reliable info but historically, expect it to be out sooner than later.
