LOL ok thanks, but what criteria does dcas have for making something a throw out versus a double answer?
I would guess if there was a defect in the question stem itself or in each of the four answer choices, then the question would be deemed invalid and therefore be thrown out.
If a question containted two or three answer choices that could be plausible, then they would award a double or triple answer.

If 500 people make credible arguments that (a) should be the answer, and another 500 make a credible argument (b) should be the answer, and another 500 make a credible argument (c) should be the answer and DCAS originally said (d) was correct, then you have a throw out. Or, it could be like the ECB question where the information they gave was flawed (the incorrect calendar), so they must make it a quadruple answer.
ok thanks.. i just read rising stars original post, it clarified it too. i doubt i'll make it with double answers alone, i need throw out! i got alot of these controversial ones "dcas right" pins/tattoo/crying paa/late to roll call/dole-syringe cap... but the ones i messed up i didn't even choose the other popular answer.
