I'm hearing questing #15 was the voucher to sign off on. I picked the marijuana voucher. I found something wrong with every other voucher. The gun voucher was listed wrong. The cell phone voucher should have been vouchered for investigatory since the imei # was tampered with. Do anybody remember what the 4th one was? I picked A for 15 and it's wrong.

15 couldn't have been the voucher. I picked Marijuana voucher to sign off on and while I know there is some controversy over it, that was the correct answer. I have 15 wrong on my answer sheet (a)
I think #15 is the question where you had to recommend the best candidate for new conditions spot. Options were guy retiring (which was their trick), admin transfer, probationary Sgt, or a guy from another platoon. Not sure why retiring guy is wrong if he was possibly going to stay past his 20 year mark which is not uncommon these days, or if by giving him the spot may have encouraged him to stay? Worth a shot at protest.

well I definately put the big parking lot for the mobilization point, and I got it wrong. Sooo, if nemorin plaza and the parking lot are both wrong, what could the right answer be. Im not sure 15 is mobilization.
Pretty sure 15 was the pick a new sgt question. The argument that he might stay is bad because there was a 49 in the packet for people taking off for his retirement party. Pretty sure the mobilization question was #4. I choose the parking lot all the was to the left because the other parking lot was within 1000 feet of the intersection with the accident. There was a legend at the bottom of the map. It stated that it was a tanker spill which requires at least 1000 feet. I only got #'s 3 and 7 wrong on the in basket and 3 was picking the sgt and cops for OT. I don't remember and didn't mark what #7 was.

Hazmat spillage from tanker truck is 300 feet not 1000 feet. I don't remember if it said spill or explosion or fire tho.
I forgot what I chose, but it was downwind (some place on left left side of the map) but I got it wrong because supposedly there was going to be some kind of school even taking place. My argument is that I don't believe they told us the time for the school event.
I don't recall if it said fire or explosion but if was one of those, that is why I went with 1000 feet. I'm not sure about the school event being in the way. I got it right, if for the wrong reason I'll take it.
this was the condition sgt question - who should you recommend. the key anwser wants you to pick the probationary sgt because the obvious answer is supposedly retiring in 2 months - protestable on OEEO grounds.
New angle to protest this question. It was the sgt to give the late tour conditions spot to. Some people are going after it as a violation of EEO or maybe he stays if he gets it. As we all know, the in basket did not have the usual sheet that says who you are, what your job is, or what the date and tour is. This question stated that at the CO's meeting, he discussed how he wants to make a new late tour conditions team and who should get this spot. The packet of information had a memo regarding choice A (Sgt Ahmad) having a retirement party on 12/10/2011, but the packet of info and the question never let you know the current date or date of CO's meeting. Is choice A retiring in a month or a year from now? Don't know because they never told me when this decision was being made. Just a thought.

Yep. Maybe between that, the EEO people, and the "maybe he will stay if he gets it" folks, this question has a chance of being doubled up on the final answer key.
