I was thinking we could state what we have heard per command and see if the 241 is right or at least close?  

This is what I have heard about these commands if anyone knows different let us know...

76 Precincts + 9 PSAs + 12 TDs each with 2 people passing on average = 194 Add in other CMDs/Specialty units and 241 seems about right

I hear you failed.... I work in a borowide unit that is in there from time to time and I've seen both sgt's answer keys. They both passed. Tool

 that's cool. maybe we're talking about different people. I heard that two passed and the one of the two told me he failed. I was just trying to help get an accurate count. I'm sure he will be on the list.
