They profit from our misfortune. Who are they to charge us $101 for that extremely difficult exam. We should all get together and request our money back. That's not what I paid for and last I checked, the customer is always right.

 That's exactly what I'm talking about. Who are they to charge me five dollars more just because I don't have a bank account or credit cards and I get my check cashed at a check cashing joint? That should've been our first clue.
