There's no way 600-750 people passed this test without throwouts many didn't even get a chance 2 finish d exam.  November 28th will be a very interesting day and DCAS will definitely need a big venue to hold their protest session.

I think at least 500 passed before throwouts.

agreed, around 500 passed, not many high scores, but a lot of people clustered around 70. fitness and seniority will be huge

I dont know why you think that this exam doesnt have any chance to get thrown out, myself and a few other guys already spoke to some lawyers who are interested in our case. There are numerous factors involved that can lead to a throw out. those 40 questions are all open to interpretation/debate, how can anyone give a definitive answer for them. also the english questions can be a disadvantage towards those who have english as a second language.

the 1993 sergeants exam got thrown out, that was because they tried a experimental part where Sgt's had to go watch a video in front of a board and respond by saying what they would do.

The issue with the subjective part of the exam is the fact that the questions are not properly designed to be graded with a simple right or wrong answer. Traditionally, a subjective question is graded on a point system where you get a percentage of a point for each answer. For example: If you put A as your answer, you get .75 of a point, B is .15, C is .10, and D=0....You get the point...
