I feel like I wined and dined a lady for 6 months only to find out on Oct. 29th that she was a man, the only winners were the restaurants (promotional schools).

They should be the ones that provide the lawyers for the class action lawsuits.

In all honesty, does anyone have money for a lawyer? I don't. I don't know what a lawsuit will do. We won't see a resolution for 5 years. They'll give another test by then

Well if over 2500+ people took this test and say only a few hundred make the list, you will have over 2000+ people to all chip in and hire a law firm to challenge this exam. If you collected only a few hundred from each person, what lawyer wouldn't jump at that dinero!!! I mean money, have to use "standard proper English". I already spent $2000+ on classes, materials, and the opportunity cost of foregoing overtime in order to stay home and hit the books cost me also.

This exam was pure evil and it was unfair...

A good civil service lawyer can make the sky turn orange -- remember the the lawsuit at Evander Childs high school 8 years ago when DCAS rang the bell early at one of the test sites--- guys hired a lawyer and claimed the bell allowed people to exchange answers because DCAS realized the bell was early and let the Candidates back into the school --the list was under lawsuit and most were promoted-- residency point lawsuit for the 2003 LT exam guys hired a lawyer it worked ----So hey it could work it is going to take cooperation from all for the class action.

Yeah but if they decide that this list should be thrown out won't the people who passed have a lawsuit as well...

The owner of the key is sending his students letters on how to protest. He took the exam and stated that it was extremely difficult with alot of double answers...this gave me some hope:)
