New stuff :

  • Know that registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and sanitation enforcement agents are included in Assault 2
  • Know your new strangulation offenses
  • Know that Loitering 1, 3 and 7 are no longer in effect
  • Know they added new family offenses
  • Go over the classifications of sex offenses in the crime classification guide

No idea......i didnt take the exam.....but someone told me they "dropped the strangulation question"

It was something with a reckless criminal mischief over $250, and strangling someone causing "stupor".

Yeah, it was a reckless criminal mischief (more than $250) + strangulation and you had to know the strangulation was a felony and criminal mis a misdemeanor.
