When was the '06 list established?

Just wondering when the Nov '06 list was actually established....with most sources saying this one will get rolling by spring '12 hopefully we won't have a long wait

2009 Sgt test took forever also. Test was Feb '09 and list didn't get published till summer 2010, and 1st people weren't promoted till Nov 2010. That's like 21 months from test till 1st promotions.

I know. I've been getting all worked up telling myself I have to get over a 90 or I'll be waiting 4-5 years. But then I realized, if they start promoting this spring the mediocre grades (like mine will probably be) should get picked up a little quicker

Just as a reference...the current list promoted on average around a 150 people per year during the first 3 years. Also in terms of grades, those with final scores around an 80 were just promoted, and they had list numbers around 600. So basically, that final score of an 85 that put you in the second group promoted from your Sgt's test, is not gonna give you nearly the same list number this time around.
