Personally, I think so. There are exactly 113 names left on '09, that's 1-2 classes...3 at most left. I think this list could be ready to go as early as January if all goes well...but either way it's going to be a matter of a few months, not a full year which the '09 takers had to wait for...there was just no movement on the '08 list at that time. With 1600 or so recruits ready to graduate soon, I can definitely see the '09 getting finished...but that's a mere guess from me and nothing more. All these answer keys plus my researching of various answers puts me anywhere between 78-83 so I hope that 1) this is accurate (obviously) and 2) they establish and begin this list forthwith that way they can reach me soon!! lol but to get to the point of your thread...my personal guess is anytime between Jan-April for the list to be up and running.

I would think so, cause being in a unit that works in various precincts nobody can tell me that every pct isnt short Sgts. They barealy have enough to cover patrol nonetheless cover 30 impact rookies
