There were 7 CIMS questions and 4 questions on Subpoena Fees! Ridiculous!

~10% of the questions were difficult.

The rest could easily be brought down to 2 choices, or the actual answer.

In-Basket - Simple if you avoided early oversight

Just hope you pass...11000 took it...there will be at least 900 on the list.

Its always the same nonsense...This was the hardest test or this was a ground ball..I hate to break it to you guys but this test will be good for at least 2-3 years.

After researching some of my answers, I can already spot out a solid 7 I got wrong. On that same token, I caught a few tricks, got caught by some others. I do think I passed, but with every answer I look up, the hopes of an 85+ are dimming. Once the "sabbath" exam is done, we can begin the debate! lol. This is my first exam, and I put in a lot of time and money into this so needless to say I was extremely nervous and felt somewhat sick. However, I do think the majority of it was straightforward but you still had to study. I got one right but for the wrong reasons, wordplay is a bitch. Let the games begin.

yea, u guys have to post at least 2o answers sheets and compare...if 15/20 get A for #1 the probability of 1 being A is certain. I was one point off from the answer sheet on the actual answer key.

Yeah, I did a spreadsheet of a bunch of answer keys and I was off by a couple from the official key in 2009

The more I think of it this test was tougher than the last 3 probably on par with 2007. Alot of my friends didn't do so well and the more I think of it there were a bunch of tough questions lots of interim orders. In basket had lots of hidden 1 word details that can cause you to pick the wrong answer. I'm guessing around 1000 - 1500 passed out of 9000
