If the list was scheduled to be extended they would not be conducting an exam next month.

There are more than six hundred (600) people remaining on the '06 list. That would warrant an extension of two (2) years, at a minimum. What would happen with the people from the '11 list? Just have them wait around for that period of time? Not going to happen.

PERSONALLY i feel that they will promote to the solid score of 79.000, which would leave this list at #719.

I dont see them promoting someone with a 78.884 and not someone who has a 78.880 - you get my drift.

So that would be about the timing I am seeing. I am sure they have some passovers to go back and get.

Thats my prediction, lets see if I am right.

I cant wait to deny your 28. Cutoff for the 2003 exam was 81. The 70% rule is a job rule,not a dcas rule. Only because retards with a 50 were getting promoted off of a sgt list years ago did kelly implement that rule. Doesnt guarantee you will get promoted if you scored a 70. Your list should have been killed 300 lieutenants ago. These past sgt lists have been 600 to 900 long ... and lasted only 1 to 3 years due to tbe 70 rule. If not in place you would have complete idiots being made with a 50. Your huge 77 from SIX years ago is not good enough. A lawsuit filed for the 2011 lt exam by mostly individuals that took the 2006 lt exam. Interesting. Someone who's taken the 2011 will not file a lawsuit until the throw out/double answer situation is sorted out; unless they scored a 55. If that's the case they would've failed any promotional exam. Even the ground ball 2006 lt exam. Next time the department should give an exam that asks what's 2+2? Who's the police commissioner?, and what's the missing letter? A B C _ E. make the list 2000 people then people will start complaining.

Yes....there were about 25 of us seeking a lawsuit but we had no leg to stand on. We were all in the first group from the 2006 exam and were forced to sit and watch as the job promoted degenerate retards like you that got high 50's/low 60's on the 2003 test. For the 2006 list to be cut by 40 something numbers when the number was given out, and cut it by such a small amount is ridiculous. If the lawsuit doesn't go through, then some Sgts weren't able to become Lt's, some people do very good in tests, some people can retain information easier than others can, but understand one thing, not everyone who took the LTs test and didn't do as well as others, it isn't because they are dumb, stupid, etc. There is a possibility it is because others were disappearing when they were supposed to be working, studying to take the test, so they could do really well at the expense of their job, and the work of others. I do know what I'm talking about SNOTNOSE. Everyone has a right to complain if they have been wronged. You don't have the right, nor other nasty individuals, to make comments about people who put in the lawsuit, just because you want to be promoted, boo hoo. They waited a long time, with the processess taking its sweet time, lt's don't want to retire cause they want to keep padding their retirement, or have financial issues, if they could retire, I believe they would.
