I was just curious of the Lt salary with longevity. Anyone know the exact salary for each step or know where I can find it?

125,163 is what Lt. top out at, considering you have at least 10 years of longevity. I don't have the exact steps but I believe there are three steps to hit top pay. Also Lt. take a hit in chart days. One of the give backs for the increase pay during their last contract negotiations.
