I call the automated hotline and it says my tax number is no good. And nobody picks up when I call the direct line for the FIT unit. This has been going on for a week. How am I supposed to sign up for this test?

The # is 212-477-7534

Often times there is no one there, but that is the correct number.  Keep on trying !
