I will say Rising star and The Key questions are definitely the top 2 questions out there. Fast track is the worst! Never did exam x so I can't rate it. Academy questions would be 3rd on my list and the ksa questions were good but I didn't like how they gave you questions from every rank PO-Duty Capt./CO/XO.

1. Rising Star/The Key
2. Academy
3.KSA
4.Fast Track

I won't put exam x up here because I never did any of there questions but I would def. say they are better than Fast Track.

Only thing Fast Track has better than any of these other schools is there Patrol Guide. Hands down the best PG out there. They can charge 200 bucks for that PG and they would make a killing!

I (and a lot of peple I know studying) would have paid it hands down.

I guess it depends what you're looking for.

For the last Sergeants exam, the Academy questions were on point - very close to the actual test. Some easy, some hard. Hopefully this Lt test will be written by the same crew :) I also found the Key to be very on-point last time, especially with the interim orders that they stressed towards the end that wound up being worth a few points.

Rising Star questions are sometimes so tricky that you have no idea what they're asking. I'm a good studier so I like them, but they can be discouraging to someone who isn't a good test taker and gets only half the questions right.

I've only seen a few Fast Track questions, I don't see the point in having fill-in-the-blanks or six possible answers or multiple correct answers. The test isn't like that, so I don't know what their rationale is.

You are 100% right. I picked up a few points myself with the key's interim orders list. I guess everybody has their own way of studying. So whatever works for you, just keep doing it I guess.
