Get the KSA PG.  I had the total guide when I was studying for sgt.  What a waste of money.  It's basically just the patrol guide, with stupid boxes and notes that say something like "make sure you know this procedure because there's a good chance they might test it"  or "remember SPUD...Serious Physical injury + under the influence while driving = dismissal"  It was just distracting.
