The first practice quizzes for both the upcoming sergeant and lieutenant tests will be launched tomorrow. Both of these first releases will be free to let everyone get a sample of the type of material we will be offering. Future releases of quizzes will be low cost, which will likely be every other week or so. Full practice exams will also be available a little futher into the study period.
The quizzes will be 10-15 questions, focusing on one section of the patrol guide, admin guide, penal law, or legal bureau bulletins. The full practice exams will be timed, 100 question, simulated exams, drawing from all testable material.
While we have not firmed up our pricing structure just yet, you can expect quizzes to be offered for less than 5 dollars, and full exams to be $10 - $30 (probably in the middle portion of that scale), depending on if it includes an inbasket, or other potential factors.
As for ownership, ExamX has received a new proprietor and we are making strides to revamp the entire learning experience. That being said, we are not, and should not, be your sole source of educational material. We strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of other promotional classes. Our part is to provide you a place to validate your efforts, show your progress, and assist you in identifying your weaker areas.

Considering how much the other schools are charging, $30 would be in the cheaper end. Consider that FT and The Key have about 30-35 questions per lesson and each lesson is about $35, that's $105 for 100 questions. After all, the biggest value you get from these classes are the question.
no actual classes at the academy this go-round but material will be posted on a regular basis for all PG sections along with a good amount of questions with detailed answers......look for a finest message this week for details
