I hope they have a few back to back classes like they did at the end of last year...they went through 350 names in 4 months

Wow.. That's close for me being in the 480s. I'm curious whether people that don't know if they will make it are still going to take classes. I'm on the fence about going to the key and studying my a** off and then not being made in time.

Im really close to that cutofff too. I would rather have been toward the bottom of the list and KNOW I cant take the Lt exam so I wouldnt have to bother studying, rather than being on the fence and HAVING to study maybe studying for nothing. Sucks.

Trust me, I feel the same way. Will you be taking classes?? I may be attending the key and purchasing rising star material. That's what I used for the sgts exam.

Yeah I m going to the Key. I took Fast Track for the Sgt exam and it was fine but theyre not holding classes in Manhattan for the Lt's exam and the Key is, and thats where I need to go.

Yes, you need experience. That's why we're required to have at least two years in rank as a sgt before promotion to lt, regardless of our scores. Nothing wrong with planning ahead. I'm sure there are terrible 10yr wonders out there, but I personally know quite a few really good ones. Depends on the person.

Just received my phase 1. For 3/23. Im in the 470's. Maybe a good sign that it will make it that far before the lt test.

Phase 1 - 18 of bmoc are a total waste of time. Bmoc should seriously be cut, as you dont learn one thing in that month.
