i like to see if anyone new is coming to my pct to move me up the seniority list. those march picks wont cut it next year.

Having a new guy below you does not make your vacation pics better. Having senior sergeants LEAVE the command does.....

It is good to have a rookie segeant in your command for other reasons, it means you don't have to fly out to different commands for coverage, and you have a better chance of getting a night or day off.

your right kingdouche i should have explained myself better. i seem to notice when a new sgt comes, one with time on leaves. either way its a good sign if my command shows up on the dream sheet for reasons MN50 mentioned also.

obviously a rookie boss. if im not mistaken king douche just got made in the september bmoc. Its not all about vacation picks ya dope.  more seniority means not having to do a midnight , daytour , and four to twelve all in one week cause someone is on vacation.  u will see ROOKIE

I have a source that has a reliable source of a guy he had a conversation with at 1 P.P. at the bathroom urinal. That guy said that his source said the Dream Sheet is as follows:
