I was told the samething by the LT in bmoc. The next class will be Nov 1st and overlap us guys that r in there now. this class will finish off the 08 list plus the 4 guys that went infront of the board/passed over and guys from the 09 list.

I have a reliable source that told me he heard it from a reliable source with a reliable source from a friend that overheard someone talking to someone that have a reliable source that confirmed that the 2009 list is starting at the beginning of June 2011 because of budget constraints and cutbacks. The city realized that they should not have made a 2009 list so early. No promotions until then. Just passing the word. I will keep you all update as these developements unfold ! ! ! ! !

anyone caught hunting the elusive blue whale for its blubber goes in front of the board. Serious offense b/c we are almost extinct. Also, there is copious amounts of blubber in just about every precinct in the city so leave ours alone!!!
