I have a really bad feeling that there's not going to be promotions until this new class graduates.

Bottom line is that there are not enough cops to go around. As I stated in my other post, about 40 or so sgt's should be getting made by end of august but what are the chances of cops getting made to fill those spots when they are turning out 4 or 5 sectors a night in busy commands.

How about getting these 2yr + foot cops in squads so the rest of us can move on?

so that means early winter. If they put in a few BIG classes than, it wont be so bad being we all waited this long whats 5 more months. What am i saying???

I don't know bout other commands but alot of sgts I hear are getting transfers out of commands and into details such as intel, etc, which means for at least my command, we are short sgts again. I think after the summer details and labor day, I believe they would put a class in real soon after. Again this is a hunch
