Spoke to a friend today that claims its approx 600 lt's that can leave over the next 2 years. Anyone hearing the same? no

There is over 600 LT's NOW that have over 20 yrs. Getting them to leave is the hard part. And yes The April 1990 and October 1990 classes were huge but again the problem is getting them to leave.
