ONE SGT CAME IN MY PCT, DID NOT EVEN SAY HI OR INTRODUCED HIMSELF. I SAW HIM IN THE ELEVATOR, I HELD THE DOOR FOR HIM AND NOT AN EVEN THANKS, HE JUST SAID WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG FOR THE DOORS TO SHUT.

I really don't think the 5 year means a thing, its all about if the boss has any street experience and common sence. If he had 5 or 15 years and was a prick as a cop, he'll be a prick as a boss.
