My partner who had over 16 years had to go to CARB. Be on your A game, you will be asked questions from the beginning of your career to the present and the reason why got you on to CARB. Look sharp and ready for any questions; take a deep breath and answer them to your best of your ability. You'll be in the middle of them. Don't take offence to them, thats what they want, don't show them ANY bad emotions, your actions will speaker louder than words. They might try to push your buttons. All goes well, you will be getting promoted, if not, you'll do it again. But you will get promoted, like my partner did. (it waste of time for the good cops out there)
