The question asked who investigates a walk in CCRB at the precinct. The choices were Special Ops Lt, Plt. Comm., C.O., or Duty Capt. The patrol guide states that this is investigated by a Lt, then list several Lt's. In this questions they gave two Lt's as choices and in my opinion both should be correct. What I need to know is the question # because they want that when you submitt a protest. Does anyone remember this question and remember what number it is? They will probably make this a double answer and should help a lot of people. It was either question #'s 3,25,31,44,or 62 because the Lt's were choices A, and B from what I remember.
patrol guide in 207-31 states investigation supervisor is the platoon comander ,speical operations LT or the ICO. if that was case; that question should be protested. and please do so. i need one more point. i got 69.
The question said the highest ranking officer was the DO, a sergeant. The complainant was stopped as a result of a radio run and he was unsure of the POs' descriptions or any other info. If that's the case then you are talking about 45.
Exactly, the PG list three different Lt's and 2 of them were given as choices on the test. This is an easy protest except if this question was an inbasket question. Someone told me it was. If it was then depending on where these Lt's were at the T/P/O of the question will make a difference in the protest. Only one of them may have been available. I'm going to submit a protest for it anyway with a copy of the PG procedure, we'll see what happens. I need to pick up 2 questions!!
I only recall 45 which describes the scenario above and the DCAS answer was to have the Duty Capt be the invest supv. I can't recall another CCRB question.
