I heard from a friend of friend,confuse who knows someone in the ceremonial unit that was given a "Save The Date" for upcoming promotions on March 27th. I was really counting on promotions this Friday for Lieutenants but it's not happening, only Sergeants and Detectives. At least promotions are continuing. It's a good sign with all the rumors about promotion freezes, fiscal year, etc...
