I agree with everyone else, that the KEYS out now are pretty good, but maybe off by 5 + or -.....On ques. 45 I marked on my sheet just in case I was off by 1..... This was the question where a NUT walks into the pct. to make a complaint.... I put A, give the C/V a copy of the complaint.....Another was give to the desk officer, which is true to my knowledge if you get a call on the TS, which this was a walk in....I don't remember the third....but D was if it occured as a result of a radio run, attach the sprint to the complaint if as a result in the last 48 hrs...... In the guide it says 24 HRS!! How is this right???......Does anyone remember the other one? If this stays as D, I'm protesting it.....Any input?
On my answer sheet I also have A, and according to the other answer I'm way off, I cant remeber the third, but I also put A.... does anyone have more details on this question
RINGER YOU ARE ASKING HOW IS THAT D LIKE DCAS SAID IT WAS CHOICE D. 48 HOURS IS NOT THE ANSWER WHICH MEANS THAT D IS NOT THE ANSWER. I REMEMBER READING THE CHOICES GIVEN AND I IMMEDIATELY ELIMINATED THAT CHOICE BECAUSE IT SAID 48 HOURS. THIS QUESTION IS ONE OF THE MANY OFF QUESTIONS IN THE KEY.
20 and out...........im trying to get a little point where , 1. how is it that two decent keys get both the same answer??? 2. im hoping nobody else gets the idea that these are legit.....3. LAST YR I GOT A 68, N THAT SUCKED!!!! 4. did you get any ice cream??? 5. i didnt get any ice cream!!! 6. when did we get F###IN ice cream??
does anyone recall the question in the In-Basket about the CCRB?? C/V walks in the pct, about making a ccrb against the anti-crime cop, who gave him a moving vio. and didn't sign his sign name or tax... the question asked who is the investigating officer.... I put Plt Lt. people are saying C.O.
hollar back .......207-31 says, the command recieving the complaint, in a patrol cmnd, the invst super is, lt plt comndr, sol,or ico....if those are unavailable its the co... i got that wrong i figuered that was more of a communication and sent him out the door..... i didnt pay much attention to the blanks on the summons cause i thought maybe they left it blank for confidential reasons.....so i assume the answer was the lt plt commander.... but hey who knows????
RINGER: exactly y i picked lt platoon cmdr because its a patrol pct & he was available, i believe... trying to figure out why people would choose the CO...
the cpu sgt,, if im correct was at the detail...this was a patrol pct ... the lt started at 1450, i think!?...so he shlda been available...in the guide the co ends up with the package....so maybe they think he handles it???or maybe we have alot of kids fresh out of the academy taking the test...lol...then again i guess they would know best....im going to say the lt plt comander and wish u the best and the same to the rest , on march 9th and beyond......go finest!!! on march 14th!!! aka hockey game!!

Accordimg to PG 207.01 sUB. A. In a patrol Cmd. the investigating supv. is the Plt. Commander, Special Ops LT, or the ICO. If any of the mentioned actors is unavailable, then the CO/ Duty Captain is the key actor.
oliery... my older message to hollar bk said the same thing from 207-31...then the other one was my follow up, staing that the lt plt commndr, i think was availble, n should be the answer....my tart ass read too much into it ,, n sent him out the door...
nyg37......you should change your name to pats2010...lol.................cause that was one lucky catch!!!! and tom will be what we call full duty in 2010.
Those questions above are wrong answers for sure.... I got another 4 wrong that i don't know which questions are they, but one was the Juvi. being recog to the mother
the rest im pretty confident, i strongly believe i got around the mid 80, my answer sheet is not good to compare... these are betterBERTMAN, SATCOM AND RICH-PD...
I like RICH-PD, he strongly believes he got at least a 90, i'm guessing i got at least a 85
HOLLAR BACK....WELL AT LEAST U PASSED....THE JUVI, I SENT BK AND I DISMISSED THE COP FROM SHOWING UP, AT 900, BUT IF IT WAS A DESIGINATED FELONY THEN I GOT THAT WRONG TOO, CAUSE THEN THE COP DOES SHOW AT 900.....IF YOU SEE ME AT CRV, GET ME A GOOD MEAL.... LOL.....GOOD LUCK...THANK GOD I DONT CRV ANYMORE ANYWAY...LOL...
HOLLAR BK... I GOT WHAT YOUR SAYING,,,IM WAITING FOR MARCH 9TH...AND IF THAT DOESNT WORK THERES ALWAYS MARCH 17TH...I PROBABLY GOT A 45 ANYWAY, I MITE HAVE SPELLED MY NAME WRONG, OR MY SS#....LOL....
Arson 5 is a Misd. therfore it cannot be a designated FELONY because it's not a FELONY. Arson 5 mandated custody(Photo Misd.), but the answer was to recog him to his mom on a fam court app ticket and the officer is excused. The only way hed have to show up @ 0900 would be if the kid went to bridges. What # question was this.
Can you explain why? B/c I know for sure the photo misd list is for When you don't give a DAt, when a juve is gonna be charged with juve. delinquency, and when a person is admitted to a hospitial, when you can issue them a DAT
Photo Misd only applies to adult not juveniles. with this question very abstract, they tell you that a juvenile committed arson 5 which is a photo misd, and they add a juvenile delinquent. With a juvenile delinquent the DAT rules doesn'y apply why because a juvenile deliquent are prosecuted in family court. The 0nly exception when you never issue a DAT to a juvenile is when he/she commits a violent felony, or has a warrant, or the parent refused to take custody of the juvenile. Other than that you can give a juvenile delinquent a DAT. Don't forget that this is a 13 year old actor therefore, you recog and send him/her to family court. A/O excused

IS THIS FROM OUR FRIEND OLIERY ? WHY YES IT IS . FIRST HE STARTS OUT WITH A WRONG STATEMENT "Photo Misd only applies to adult not juveniles". PLEASE SHOW ME WHERE THAT IS IN THE PATROL GUIDE . OH WAIT A MINUTE IT MIGHT BE ON THE SAME PAGE AS THE PLASTIC ENVELOPES LOL. THEN HE HAS THE NERVE TO SAY THE QUESTION IS ABSTRACT LOL. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME OLIERY YOU CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT IS "MOST CORRECT" IN THIS CORRECT LMAO LAST TIME I CHECKED YOU KNOW WHAT THEY MEAN AND WHAT THEY ARE REFERRING TO.
Oleiry may be off about why he is right but the bottom line is he is absolutely correct about both the juvenile question and the angel dust question. DAT's have absolutely nothing to do with Juvies, they get Family Cout Appearance Tickets. Even for certain felonies you can "DAT" the kid to his mom if family ct is closed. The Angel Dust question asked for the most correct answer and all four potential answers were worded the same. I love how people are still fighting this. These 2 questions have absolutely no basis for a protest. Recog the kid officer excused, 2 pse 1 narco, can we talk about something else pleaseeeeeee.
Question 45: I don't remember much about this question but what you guys are saying makes no sense. Does anyone remember more about this question. I thought this was the ccrb question where your the highest ranking member in the command and a c/v wants to make a complaint against an unknown MOS. If that's the case then the answer was to notify the CO/DC. The T/S always refers ccrb/corrupt to the DO whether its a phone call or walk in, and I'm pretty sure one answer said to give the C/V a copy of the Statistical Summary Sheet, not the actual CCRB, which we all know we never do......and what does the CPU sgt have to do with CCRB's???
METSIN09: ur incorrect on question 45, didn't say to give complainant the statistical summary sheet, and when a c/v walks in the pct the t/s operator doesn't refer the ccrb to the DO, only on if received by phone to expedite... Dont believe the CO/DO was one of the answer choices, because then this question wouldn't be discuss, it's between answer choice A (give c/v a copy) or answer choice D (attach sprint within 48 hrs) Don't know how the CPU sgt has to do with the CCRB, maybe the CPU sgt came up on Olierys exam, lol
Note preceeding step 3 in 207-31: "To prevent an interruption in vital services, the T/S will refer ANY allegation of misconduct to the desk officer who will record pertinent details of the allegation"
Tell me where in that statement it says telephone calls only.
The 48 hours is clearly wrong, but theres still 2 other answers that no one remembers and ill bet that 1 of the 2 missing are correct. We wont know unless someone remembers more about the question.
Answer to that question was for the CO/D.C to investigvate, know that for sure, I had that as the answer twice on the test, one on the inbasket, which was wrong. The other one further in the test was right. CO/D.C because the identity of the member was in question and it specifically stated the LT wasn't working.

You know what Hollar I am done with you. You never got rid of your elementary school mentality I thought this is an adult forum. I am incorrect then correct me that's all. You are acting worst than my 8 year old.
