I also like this key. Did all nine people study? Why did the captain take the test? Possibly an instructor from the key or the fast track I would imagine.
A captain i know who teaches plus 9 studiers that did the fast track as well as the key...about 8-10 answers different on all 10 answer keys including the captains....I would imagine that all should be top 50 list numbers. this key is very similar to Bertmans...In a nut shell if you are hovering between 67-73 you need a lucky saturday. If you are getting 75/76 and above...its safe to say you passed unless you have a dark storm over your head.
personally, i got a 77 on this key...which i think is a nice buffer....Bertmans key has a similar buffer of about 6-8...If you scored 75 and above you should be fine. anything below will be tough to gauge. Nonetheless, On this key, there was a similar problem with questions 62-65..which is the basic buffer on both keys.
i am 99 percent sure that question 90(that is the one with who do you refer the 61 for the 2 oz of drugs to) is A not C because answer c stated to send it to OCCB and answer A stated to send it to brooklyn south Narcotics division which was the right answer according to a KEY instructor that i e-mailed.
The buffer is about 6-8 this year so you have a general idea of how you did. I figure you should be able to pick up at least 2-3 points from the questionable answers and maybe 3-5 from the total answer key may be wrong, making a buffer between 6-8 points.
On bertmans i got a 76 and on this one a 77..so we will see

got a 64. need a lucky saturday. but then again i didn't study so i cant mad if a fail. 1 month of reading and i would've definately made it. oh well. always next year.
