today dep com wexler from emd came into class and stated due to 'fiscal problems 'promotion will be delayed, untill the end of feb or march. so we will finish bmoc, then return to commands awaiting further info. this is not good news for those still holding on. we all thought is was a joke, but the man was quite serious leaving the classroom quickly. our c.o. was there and didnt have much to say, leaving the classroom quickly as well. none of our instructors came in to tell us anything about anything.
