Was told by instructor at BMOC that 22 lieutenants are going in next month.  Hopefully this is a good sign for sgts as well.  They also said that they were told that a new class of recruits will be going in Jan. 09.  That's a good sign as well.  They told me that if there was a new sgt class going in next month, they would find out atleast a week before hand, so that they have enough time to prepare.  Will let you guys know hopefully by end of next week or week of 10/20-10/24.

The next class will be in november.

hurry up wait. it'll happen sooner than later. that's why they started hiring off this list already.

What will be the last list number if there are 75 in next BMOC next months

I spoke with someone who teaches BMOC and as of today, there is no class set up for next month.
As for the next 75 names, if you include the 14 names from list#1-178 that were passed over for whatever reason (investigation, college credits, modified, suspended, etc), they will reach up to list #254. If you dont include the 14 who were passed over, you will reach list #270.

I was told A class will go in for november.

Don't forget about the 20 or so from the last list that will have five years on in January

can any one in b moc confirm the graduation date for the current class ,
how many are in b moc right now 39-60, 75???????????

Could someone post the dream sheet when it comes out. I would assume you will probably get it sometime this week. Thanks in advance.

There are only 40 in bmoc now because those are the 40 that were passed over by the department by accident on the list.

The next bmoc classes will have much bigger sizes. Trust me.

They went over what was origionally budgeted to make the current class and not have to send more people from the Sept BMOC class back to command without promoting them.  They went from the origional 75 in Sept and 0 in Oct, to 104 total for the two months.

T-bone instead of coming to a forum full of cops who dont know the answer why dont you run to 1pp and ask emd, personnel or uniform promotions your silly question.  You're telling me you've never seen a bmoc of 30-40 go in after a large bmoc came out or consecutive small bmocs, you're trying to make sense of a department that does things that make no sense.  Why dont you try asking why the sky is blue, maybe you can find the answer to that faster.

It matters to me because I'm already a Sgt (and on the Lt's list). When you work in a command like mine that is down 4 Sgt's and can't get a damn day off, I would like to see if there is some hope in the near future. Trust me when you make Sgt, depending on what command you go to, you'll be looking to see if any new Sgt's are coming. I say depending on what command because I've found that some commands are loaded while others are just skimping by for some reason. That is one of the reasons why people ask to see the dream sheet. Also keep in mind, for those who have a chance of getting in the next sgt's class, more than likely, the current picks on the dream sheet won't be on there's. So that is good to know and they can plan accordingly. There are reasons for everything my friend.

just spoke to a cop in my command who is list number 230s something . he stated he was called by education tracking/uniform promotions abou his college transcripts for a b moc in november

Does anybody know if everyone going into this upcoming class gets a telephone message to go to a carb meeting before the list actually comes down OR do you find out the day the list comes down on the finest?

you can get skipped over if u r limited also. need 2 b full duty to get promoted
