does anyone have any new info on what the new starting pay for a sgt will be ?? someone on here posted that the SBA was supposed to have a meeting about it recently
I spoke to the brooklyn south director the other day and he said the SBA has all the paperwork preapared for a grievance, but it cannot be submitted until the PBA's contract has been ratified.
He didnt get into the specifics of what the grievance said or what the SBA is asking for. Anyone else have any other info to shed light on the subject.
I had posted this before.. labor relations said any one promoted after 9/26 or whenever the PBA contract gets ratified, will automatically jump to the 3rd scale Sgt's Pay.
the pay scales are there. Click on 'contract update' and scroll all the way down. The SBA delegate from my command went to a meeting earlier this week but said that there was no new news.
