As per finest dated 9/12/2008 at 14:28:09...

The department of DCAS has advised this department that the list resulting from the promotion to Sergeant's exam #7508 given on January 26, 2008 was inaccuatery calculated. A new list will be issued during the week of September 15. A future Finest message will announce the exact date and time for pick-up of the new list by personnel officers. All candidates who appeared on the list that was prepared in errow will appear on the new list.

Nice dcas has had this list since July or so and still screwed it up. I expect nothing less from those IDIOTS.
