The last class moved forward a decent amount. A few passovers will probably sneak into this one, but we're back to normal promotions.

I think reality is hitting now...... Promotions are slowing down.... If we keep the same energy as the previous two (2) years, there is only three (3) remaining promotions for captains.... How far are we really getting on this list..... Are you safe under 350 ?????? Above 350, study again...... ?
